2. Services and Appointment Scheduling:
Wellness & Beyond, PC provides adult medical and wellness services, including telehealth wellness consultations, wellness follow-up appointments, and mobile concierge services such as IV hydration and injections.
Regular Business Hours:
Regular appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, subject to availability and appointment confirmation.
Beyond Hours Concierge:
For patients who need additional scheduling flexibility, Beyond Hours Concierge appointments may be requested during the following times:
Weekday evenings: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–9:00 PM
Saturdays: By request
Select holidays: By request
Beyond Hours Concierge appointments are subject to provider availability, clinical appropriateness, and practice approval. Requests may be accepted, declined, or offered an alternative appointment time.
Wellness & Beyond, PC is closed on Sundays.
Appointment Requests and Confirmation
Appointments may be requested through our designated scheduling system or by contacting the practice.
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are confirmed only after acceptance by Wellness & Beyond, PC and completion of applicable booking requirements.
Booking Deposits and Additional Fees:
A booking deposit is required to confirm an appointment:
Telehealth appointments: $50
Mobile concierge appointments: $75
Deposits are applied toward the total appointment cost.
Mobile concierge travel fees and Beyond Hours Concierge convenience fees may apply. All applicable charges will be disclosed before appointment confirmation.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are outlined in the practice’s Financial Policy and Payment Agreement.
Medical Emergency Exceptions:
Medical emergencies preventing timely cancellation or attendance may be considered for a deposit refund or credit at the practice’s discretion, subject to applicable law. Reasonable documentation may be requested.
Repeated Missed Appointments:
Patients with three no-shows within a rolling 12-month period may be required to contact Wellness & Beyond, PC for approval before scheduling future appointments.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice do not count as no-shows. This restriction does not automatically prevent future care and remains subject to applicable clinical and legal obligations.
No additional penalties apply beyond the booking deposit policy.
Clinical Requirements:
All services are subject to appropriate clinical screening, assessment, and informed consent. Wellness & Beyond, PC may decline or modify a requested service when it is not clinically appropriate.
Wellness & Beyond, PC does not provide emergency services or guarantee immediate or same-day appointments.
